Mr. Aguilar was born and raised in Brownsville, Texas. He attended UT Brownsville (now UT Rio Grande Valley) where he received his B.A. in Government and a Master of Public Policy & Management. Before law school Mr. Aguilar was a high school teacher and coach. He then left to Houston and graduated from the University Of Houston Law Center in May of 2017.
While in law school Mr. Aguilar had the privilege to intern with Joel Osteen’s Lakewood Church Office of General Counsel and U.S. District Court Judge Rolando Olvera.
Mr. Aguilar also completed several clerkships with a variety of law firms that focused on issues ranging from: securities fraud, FINRA disciplinary hearings, white collar crime, criminal defense, contract/business disputes, federal multi-district litigation, products liability, and personal injury.
Currently, Mr. Aguilar assists in construction litigation, personal injury defense, and general civil liability litigation.
