The law firm of Royston, Rayzor, Vickery & Williams, LLP has appointed Nicholas A. Parma as a partner in the San Antonio office located at 8000 I. H. 10 West, Suite 624, telephone 210.525.7942 and Ronald W. Dennis  in the Corpus Christi office located at Frost Bank Plaza, 802 North Carancahua, Suite 1300,TEL: 361.884.8808 effective immediately.

Mr. Parma’s practice focuses on civil litigation, including contract disputes, commercial litigation, tort and wrongful death, and employment law, with a focus on appellate practice.  Mr. Parma is a member of the State Bar of Texas and is licensed in the Federal District Courts of Texas, Southern District, as well as the Fifth Circuit Federal Court of Appeals.  He is a graduate of the University of Texas School of Law, 1998.  He was an associate editor on The Review of Litigation, 1997-98; Associate Producer of Assault and Flattery, 1998; and Co-chairperson of the 1998 Review of Litigation Symposium.  Mr. Parma’s publications include The Texas Tort Claims Act Update 1999, and Non-Subscriber Law Update, 2004 Advanced Personal Injury Law Course (co-author).

After graduating from law school, Mr. Parma managed a solo office in San Antonio, Texas, before serving as briefing attorney to the Honorable Linda Reyna Yañez with the Texas State Court of Appeals, Thirteenth Judicial District, in Edinburg, Texas.  Mr. Parma received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas in Austin in 1995. 

 Mr. Dennis whose practice focuses on Admiralty and Maritime law, both in the State of Texas and United States District Court forums; as well as defending various businesses and individuals in toxic tort, product liability, and premises liability-related cases, is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Corpus Christi Young Lawyers Bar Association  and the American Bar Association. He is a graduate of St. Mary’s University where he received his Juris Doctor, cum laude in 2002.  He was the Associate Editor of St. Mary’s Law Journal, 2001-2002 and the Jenkins & Gilchrist Moot Court Semi-Finalist in 2000.  He was a member of the Karlan Society in 2002 and Phi Delta Phi from 2000-2002.   Mr. Dennis attended Pepperdine University receiving his Bachelor of Science in Sports Medicine in 1990 going on to attend Southwest Texas State University receiving a degree in Sports Management in 1999.
