William M. Jensen

Mr. Jensen has a general maritime practice.  In addition, Mr. Jensen has represented management in one of the few multi-employer bargaining units in Texas.  As a result, Mr. Jensen has extensive experience negotiating union contracts on behalf of management, representing management in grievances and arbitrations, and handling charges before the National Labor Relations Board.  He is also a certified Mediator/Arbitrator.
