Barbara A. Clark
Ms. Clark specializes in legal research and writing, and has been
involved in numerous state and federal appeals. She has also participated extensively at the
trial stage, engaging in legal analysis, strategy, and drafting trial
motions and briefs, as well as preparing written submissions for
arbitrations. Most recently, she has concentrated on cases
involving issues of admiralty law and insurance coverage, as well as
state and federal procedural and jurisdictional issues.
