Randel A. Canché

Mr. Canche has an extensive trial background and litigates in areas including commercial litigation, admiralty and maritime litigation, construction litigation, products and premises liability, intellectual property, wrongful death litigation, and catastrophic personal injury.  He has settled hundreds of claims and has tried dozens of cases to verdict in state and federal courtrooms throughout the United States.  He has successfully represented both Plaintiffs and Defendants in multimillion-dollar lawsuits where he has obtained favorable settlements and verdicts for his clients. Representative clients include Fortune 100 companies, contractors, insurers, product manufacturers, transportation companies, shipowners and marine industries.
