Robert H. Etnyre, Jr.
Mr. Etnyre has been involved in trial and appeal of contract
disputes, business torts, and injunction proceedings involving
commercial litigation; trial and appeal of insurance coverage cases and
coverage evaluation of all types of insurance polices; trial and appeal
of personal injury, property damage, premises liability, products
liability and construction cases; and drafting and negotiation of
master work or service agreements, drilling and other oil and gas
contracts, construction agreements, towage and other marine contracts
and insurance policies.
