Mediation and Arbitration

Inasmuch as mediation has become a frequent gateway to the courthouse, all of our litigators are accustomed to conducting mediations on behalf of our litigation clients. Additionally, Robins Brice and John Unger frequently act as mediators pursuant to court appointments or by party agreement. Representation of clients in an arbitration forum also occurs, particularly in the labor and marine contexts.
