Environmental and Toxic Torts

Environmental/Toxic Torts experience has grown out of but is no longer limited to our admiralty and maritime practice. Mr. Cooney has substantial experience in responding on behalf of vessel interests in major marine oil and chemical spill situations. Additionally, litigation arising from mass exposures to allegedly toxic gas releases from both maritime and refinery casualties have received substantial attention in recent years. Our practice has also included defense of asbestos-related and other allegedly toxic exposures.
