Ewing E. Sikes, III

Mr. Sikes has a trial and litigation practice.  He has a fairly broad civil trial practice with special emphasis on massive toxic tort litigation, including welding rod cases, mold cases, asbestos cases and silica cases.  In addition, Mr. Sikes also handles cargo matters and severe personal injury/wrongful death cases, both maritime and non-maritime in nature.  Further Mr. Sikes also handles construction defect cases, as well as labor and employment matters, and commercial collection cases.

Mr. Sikes’ litigation experience not only includes the state and federal courts, but also includes handling cases before hearing examiners and administrative law judges.
