James M. Thompson

Mr. Thompson is a partner in the Houston office focusing primarily on litigation.  He has represented manufacturers and premises defendants in asbestos litigation, as well as other toxic torts.  He has also authored articles regarding asbestos litigation.  In additon, Mr. Thompson represents clients in commercial litigation, including matters relating to contract disputes and business torts.
