Shirin Talebi is an associate attorney in the Houston office, where her practice focuses primarily on insurance defense.
During law school, Ms. Talebi distinguished herself through active participation in the law review and moot court team, and by serving as a tutor for Civil Procedure and Evidence. Her academic success was complemented by extensive hands-on experience in personal injury, product liability, and medical liability through multiple internships. These experiences developed her meticulous attention to detail, strong writing skills, and deep commitment to effective advocacy.
Born and raised in southern Iran, Ms. Talebi immigrated to Toronto, Canada with her family at a young age. Having grown up under tyranny, she developed a profound respect for justice and the rule of law, which inspired her to pursue a legal career. After moving to Houston for law school, Ms. Talebi quickly embraced Texas’s vibrant culture from the rodeo to its welcoming communities and rich history, and chose to make it her professional home.
Outside the office, Ms. Talebi enjoys attending performances at the Alley Theatre, Houston Symphony, and Houston Grand Opera.
