Shauna A. Lozano focuses her practice on civil litigation, with an emphasis on defending clients in personal injury matters, including transportation and trucking accidents, premises liability, and products liability cases. She also represents clients in governmental law, employment law, and related civil matters. Known for her thorough preparation and strategic advocacy, Mrs. Lozano is committed to achieving favorable results for those she serves.
A California native, Mrs. Lozano earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from the University of California, Berkeley, before obtaining her Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University School of Law, a Jesuit institution in the heart of Silicon Valley. During law school, she was awarded the prestigious Justice John Paul Stevens Public Interest Fellowship and earned the Social Justice Certificate, reflecting her dedication to service and justice. She carries that same commitment into her defense practice today—Ad Majorem Dei Gloriam.
Mrs. Lozano resides in Harlingen, Texas, with her husband and son. She has served her local community through leadership roles in the Junior League of Harlingen (2018-2024). She also serves as Vice Chair of Membership of the DRI Litigation Skills Committee and is an active member of the Texas Association of Defense Counsel.
